WATCH: Boity’s bum workout

South African presenter Boity Thulo has been stepping up her fitness game lately with workouts designed for her upper and lower half.

Now the star has posted a video on her Instagram of what she does to get that perfect booty.

In the clip – which looks like it was filmed in a gym – Boity does curtsy lunges with a heavy weight.


Here’s her caption:
